How to Prepare

Clothing
As our sessions are outdoors whatever the weather, it is essential that students have appropriate clothing in order to stay warm, dry and able to participate in activities.
Recommended Winter Clothing
- Warm, windproof and waterproof coat
- Long sleeved fleece or jumper
- Hat, gloves and warm socks
- Waterproof trousers
- Long -sleeved thermal base layers
Recommended Summer Clothing
- Waterproof coat
- Lightweight long sleeved top
- Light weight long trousers
- Sun hat
- Insect repellent and sun cream
Footwear
The natural ground in the woodland is quite uneven in places and we use a range of tools and eqipment in our sessions.
For health and safety reasons, we require students to wear sturdy footwear. No open toed shoes can be worn on site.

- Snacks - We recommend crunchy or chewy snacks to help with regulation.
- Drinks
Please ensure all items are nut-free.
We discourage sharing of food between students.
