We know that by the time many families like yours find us, they are feeling the weight of having tried everything they can think of to support their child and having to fight for an education that works for them. We have first-hand experience of what that feels like and understand that you know your child better than anyone else.
When your young person joins Think Differently Education, we will use your insights as well as those of the professionals to create an individualised plan for them. This will involve a gradual transition into the provision, starting with home visits that focus on helping the whole family feel comfortable with the plan and safe with our staff, a transition document, and site visits with yourself before joining sessions with other students.
Once they have joined our sessions, they will work closely with one of our experienced teachers who will guide them through our low-demand personalised curriculum, which combines outdoor learning and academic subjects such as Maths, English, Science and Art.
